The club is run by a management committee (The Committee) whose members are appointed by election in the Annual General Meeting. The committee is made up of volunteers and are generally parents of the players. It meets periodically (usually every six weeks) and plans the activities of the club. The Committee's responsibilities are to ensure that the club is run in line with its constitution in compliance with the codes of conduct. It maintains the constitution and codes of conducts to ensure that club works within the rules set by the sports leagues that it may be affiliated to and to the rule of English law. The Committee runs the club so that it has sufficient funds and resources to maintain its activities and to meet the clubs objective.
The objective of the Club is to help and educate boys and girls through their leisure-time activities, so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
